Step 1. Once you have ordered your dog{s} from MNK9 go to the A.Q.U.I.S. link for your countries import requirements. {if your country is not listed e mail MNK9 for details} Contact the import permit office with details of your dog{s}. Once you have been issued your permit fax it to MNK9 on 61 7 3888 5254 or scan and e mail the permit to info@mnk9.com.au

Step 2. Payment can be made for the dog{s} and transport by direct bank transfer. Contact MNK9 for bank details. Money orders and bank checks can be sent to MNK9 P.O. Box 535 Kallangur 4503, Queensland, Australia. Credit Card payments can also be made however to avoid credit card fraud you will be required to fax a photocopy of your credit card front and back and additional identification such as passport, drivers license or citizenship ID.

Step 3. Once payment and import permit is received the dog{s} will be booked on a flight. All required export paperwork, Quarantine, medical, creates and dispatch will be taken care of. You will be notified all the details such as flight date & time, flight No. and location to pick up your dog{s}.
