Step 1. Call MNK9 to make an appointment for drop off and pick up of your dog between following hours;

Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday 8am to 10 am or 3pm to 5pm.

Wednesday & Saturday 8am to 10 am only. Sunday 11am to 1pm.

Step 2. Fill out form and present it to MNK9 with your dog and current vaccination card.
